Willow Basket Weaving this long thread and traditionsDuring this two day workshop, students will create a beautiful round basket from willow using traditional basketry techniques. Participants will learn to construct a basket with a circular base, a rounded or sharp angled upsett, a choice of side weaves, and a woven border. Time permitting, students may also weave a complementary handle. By the end of the workshop, each student will leave with a beautiful, sturdy willow basket. This class is open to
