But if they are being somewhat truthful, they might be referencing the McDonalds Pikachu card, which had a 1-in-25 chance of getting in a McDonalds pack

I feel like I filed this under I like this card OK but I dont like it financially which may have been because it was $2 or $3 pre-sale (I dont remember) but Im warming to this
