WUBRG decks are always a little tricky to judge if they're not blatantly powerful right out of the box, and because the theming of this deck is so cool, it feels disruptive to try and make upgrades to it, so it's almost a case of being a precon that you shouldn't upgrade, but yet it desperately needs it

Land destruction is a hugely taboo strategy in MTG, but it was far too thematically appropriate to Fallout to escape inclusion here
This ability reminds me of a rare in Red (Raging River) that was printed way back in Alpha that divided grounded creatures into two sides of a River and then they could only block or be blocked by that side, so this is a clear call back to that, but color shifted to Azorius, which makes no flavor sense to me
This means that if combat damage would reduce both players to 0 or less life, the player gaining life via Lifelink may survive because the life is gained immediately
