Akawalli, the Seething Tower Marcy: Golgari self-mill was already a deck that tried to find some footing in Standard lately, and while I don't think this is a game winning card in that deck, it is a really nice deck addition, in that once you do have a lot of stuff in your graveyard, you might have a 7/7 that is likely to force bad trades when blocked
