It should only be used on Gimmighoul , and never on other Pokemon
That said, you should keep in mind that Sprites Blessing requires you to tribute Monsters with a total Level that exactly equals that of your Ritual Summon target, so it may not be the best choice if your chosen Ritual Monsters dont have Levels that line-up
