It doesnt do anything spectacular, but does provide some neat deck-building choices to work around to use effectively

Despite all the versatility of the card I find it to be clunky and inelegant in my decks and prefer to seek other solutions to my problems, the card is just a bit too good for me to always succeed in my attempts
