As cool as it would've been to see a main-set reprint of the card, remember that Final Fantasy will be Standard-legal, and the world's probably not ready for free counters in Standard again
If everyone plays at least one one or two drop, and a three drop before you untap on turn three, and someone has made a treasure or a clue, thats already ten nonland permanents

It exists in a similar vein to Bristly Bill, Spine Sower in that it rewards you for playing the game with countersthough its weaker than Bill
The chaos effect is fine, although doesnt feel terribly chaotic, and is easy enough to play around, which feels antithetical to the concept of chaos
