Maybe theyll play a tutor to try and figure it out, but the longer your stolen card goes unused, the more likely it is they (and the rest of the table) will forget about it entirely, which can lead to a major gameplay mistake during a crucial moment
A great baseline for a draft deck's mana curve includes 16 creatures, 7 noncreature spells and 17 lands
You can cast Black Sun's Twilight without a target (presumably with X equal to 5 or more) just to return a creature card
Of course, you can also just make sure that even destroying your own stuff is to your advantage if you want to, or just play it to an empty board on your side
The average mana cost in the deck (not counting lands, of course), is 3.47 not the speediest deck ever, but certainly not too clunky the distribution makes for a nice bell curve slightly weighted to the lower end, with plenty of haymakers higher up
