I have no idea if this is the case, but the Final Fantasy set feels powerful, and it may have been reshaped to fit into Standard

I think Obscura Charm is probably one of the better charms, despite the first mode being less relevant if you dont build around it

Its not a useless card, but it doesnt work well at all in the Scions and Spellcraft deck, even if its a noncreature spell
