Games are played 1v1 in best of two matches (one match where player A goes first and another match where player B goes first), but the players who submitted the decks do not actually pilot the decks, instead, the games are played automatically under the assumption that both players have perfect information and will only make decisions that will lead to a win (or a tie/draw in the case where a win is not possible)
Collectors prize this card not for raw power, but for what it represents
If anything, Shivan Dragon is one of the worst dragons MTG has to offer, especially considering its heritage
The anatomy of a Pokemon card There are many different types of Pokemon cards, and their layouts/designs have changed throughout the years, plus their are also one-off and unique Pokemon cards that look completely different from regular cards, so there is no simple, definitive guide for the anatomy of a Pokemon card
If the discard was something more universal like lands or blue cards instead of artifacts, or always just one card, while retaining its instant cost it would probably get more play than Fact or Fiction, mostly for occupying a slot on the curve in less demand
