I couldn't decide if it was more Royal, Electric, or Cobalt blue I think that gives you a good idea of the color! This dress is a classic mod scooter style and features crisp white details that really pop against the blue dress. There is a long metal zipper down the back with a hook and eye at the top, short sleeves, and feels like it is possibly wool. This dress is in very good condition, with no flaws to note.
